Everest treks

The Everest region, also called the Khumbu, lies in north-eastern Nepal within Sagarmatha National Park. It is home to Mount Everest, Lhotse, Cho Oyu and Ama Dablam, and to Sherpa villages such as Namche Bazaar, Khumjung and Thame. Most treks begin with a flight to Lukla.
