Who we are
This website is run by Golden Nepal Trek & Expedition Pvt. Ltd., Budhanilkantha 06, Chyasundol, Dapasi, Kathmandu, Nepal (info@goldennepaltrek.com).
What we collect
- Booking requests: the trip, dates, number of travellers, your name, email, country, phone number, whether you use WhatsApp and your message.
- Contact form: your name, email, optional phone and country, and your message.
- Newsletter: your email address.
- Technical data: a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser type, used only to block spam and abuse.
Why we use it
We use your details to answer your request, plan and run your trip, and, if you subscribed, to send occasional trip news. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Services that process your data for us
- Cloudflare (website hosting, database and spam protection with Turnstile).
- Resend (sending confirmation emails).
- Telegram (instant alerts to our staff about new requests).
- Google Maps (the map on our contact page, which loads only on that page).
Cookies
The public website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our staff area uses one secure cookie to keep staff signed in. Cloudflare Turnstile may use a short-lived cookie to tell people from bots.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and enquiry records for as long as we need them to provide our services and meet legal and accounting duties in Nepal. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing info@goldennepaltrek.com.
